Recently, in December 2010, The Elora Mill Inn & Spa was acquired by Landmark Group. Other Landmark properties, such as Ancaster Mill and Spencer’s at the Waterfront, are well known for their “seasonal cuisine…inspired settings” and Elora Mill is no exception. Given the significance of the site and its surrounding landscape, Elora Mill is a “natural fit” as the newest addition to the Landmark family. The historic Cambridge Mill which reopened in the summer of 2011 after extensive renovations was a project of similar scope. A restaurant and special event facility, the Cambridge Mill provides an excellent example of what to expect when Elora Mill reopens. Currently, the facility is closed for historical restoration and renovations.
